Before we can give you an actual, detailed quote for your project, a consultation and project plan must be done FIRST. Each client's organization needs are different, and so is every project. London's Things bases MOST cases on photos and video (video consultation.) *If you prefer a more in depth evaluation, BOOK an In Person Consultation.
Each plan is made tailor-made to fit YOUR needs, wants and organizational goals. Price List gives a GENERAL idea of where basic organization projects start. EVERY project requires a Non-Refundable retainer fee that equals 25% of the project's cost. This fee includes time and resources spent to make personalized plans, mood boards, personalized Amazon shopping list and provide 1-on-1 guidance from booking to your organization date.
London's Things takes client privacy and security seriously. We will never share your personal information or details about your home organization project without your consent.
Clients MUST sign a waiver if they do NOT want any footage or photos from their project used on Social Media*. Although, we LOVE to showcase our work and our happy clients' new, organized spaces, we want to ensure you are okay with that part of the process as well.
*Social Media footage will NEVER include your name, personal items, photos etc...
ALL Projects REQUIRE a Consultation AND Purge FIRST - prices are STARTING prices and can vary based on your project needs. ALL invoices incur a non-refundable Consultant Administrative fee of 20%. ( * the Consultant administrative fee is non-refundable and does NOT go towards the price of services rendered. It includes, but not limited to: Checklists, post-maintenance plans, time spent on planning, travel and more.)

If you dream it for your kitchen, we can make it happen. Kitchen overhaul includes ALL cabinets, refrigerator/freezer organization, AND pantry. (kitchens can take up to 8 hours depending on severity of the project. This price can vary up or down.)
We can help with offices, work spaces, daycares and much more! These spaces would require an in-person consultation.

Initial laundry room overhaul and organization for up to four hours. Laundry service-add on will be 100 weekly for up to four hours of wash, dry, fold AND put away. Laundry Service requires 1-month contracts, paid at scheduling.
